Claudia Maibach
Managing Partner & Co-Founder
I bring a great experience in brand strategy, brand management, employer branding, brand design, communication, marketing and public relations over the last twenty years. I gathered brand leadership experience on the side of companies, agency and as an independent consultant.
I love the combination of strategy, creation, communication and psychology which are definitely my skills and unique in the branding area.
Beside my branding role I work as an integral systemic coach where I also put a huge focus on “identitywork”. The two vectors go along very well and give a big chance to complement each other. To be in alignment, in truth and in claritiy, to be yourself and living your true essence, are my main principles in all of my work.
I am living with my three children in the agglomeration of Zurich, I enjoy nature, cooking, yoga, travelling and love music and dancing.
Partners
Identitywork has officially been created in 2021 by me and my co-founder / partner and friend who is currently in a different role. Her spirit stays with the brand in the meantime and we are strongly connected and in alignment.
From time to time when individual specialists are needed we work with freelancers and companies from our network around the globe.
